How to Get Started
Ready to follow your dreams? Getting started is easy. All forms necessary for registration can be downloaded and viewed with a ".pdf" reader. If your computer does not have a ".pdf" reader, one can be downloaded by clicking here.
To register, all it takes is following these steps:
Registration
Registration is by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling our office at (661) 244-4621 at anytime. If nobody answers, simply leave a message and your call will be returned. A registration appointment will then be made. Registration meetings are held at our office, which is located at 207 S. Flower Street, Burbank, CA 91502, and has a fee of $30. This is the only manner to register at this time. Once again, to register you must call (661) 244-4621 for an appointment.
Please click here for directions to the office.
At your registration meeting, please have your child ready to take digital photos if you do not bring a photo of your own. Your child should wear comfortable clothing. The "Gap" look is great (ie. jeans, khakis, polo shirts or nice t-shirts are fine).
We ask that you bring the following materials, with the appropriate forms filled out in full: a completed I-9 Form, a completed Registration Form, $30 for the registration fee, a work permit, two forms of identification, and your child or a photo of your child.

Work Permit
Work permits can be attained by downloading the appropriate forms and having them filled out by yourself and the appropriate school authorities. Directions for the work permit can be found with the work permit form. Forms must be mailed to the Division of Labor with the required forms attached. The Division of Labor will then mail your permit to your home. Work permits are not required to register, however, your child will not be able to legally work until we recieve a copy of the work permit.

Identification and I-9 Form
In addition to our paperwork and the work permit, the U.S. Department of Justice requires all employees to fill out an I-9 Form as proof that the employee can legally work in this country. With this form, we do need to see ID that establishes both identity and Employment Eligibility. If your child has a U.S. Passport, please bring that as your form of ID to your appointment. If your child does not have a passport, then we need to see a Social Security Card OR Birth Certificate, AND one of the following: A State ID card or driver's license with a photo, a copy of a school report card, a doctor or hospital record, or a Daycare or nursery school record. Please bring copies of these documents to your appointment with you, along with the completed I-9 form.

Child Photo
Along with the forms and idetification, we will need a photo of your child. If you do not bring your child to the registration, you will need to bring a photo of your child with you. We prefer a 4x6 or larger color photo with a white background. Please be sure that your child is the only subject of the photo. Photos with friends, pets, or relatives will not be usable. We only need one photograph, and it can be either a photo or a cd with the photo on it.
Registration Fee
There is a $30 processing/photo reproduction fee that will be collected at your registration appointment. This helps cover the cost of the many picture reproductions that are sent out to the casting and production companies on a daily basis. We accept cash, checks made out to KIDS! Background Talent, and AMEX/Mastercard/Visa.
Thank you for showing interest in KIDS! Management. We look forward to seeing you soon!
